I am not special.
I do not always "feel like it."
I don't generally wake up saying "YAY! I can't WAIT to exercise today!".
I am the exact same type of human being as you.
If my muscles are bigger than yours, it's only because I take different actions.
And they are actions you can take too. You don't have to feel like it. You don't have to want to. You don't have to be this or that "kind of person." You don't have to have anything that you do not already have.
Show your muscle. Take on your own strength.
Take thirty minutes a day for you.
Get empowered. Get affirmed. Get over whatever is in your way. Not by thinking your way out of it, or around it, or through it. By taking a simple action, every day.
Did you start once, and then stop? So did I.
Did you get a good streak going, find a rhythm, and then lose it? So did I.
Did you think that someday your mind would stop thinking the same old ordinary, human disempowering thoughts? So did I.
Did you feel like you weren't up to it? That you were too busy? So did I.
And I kept taking action.
Don't see possibility? That's a sure sign that you should send me a message. Take the action! The only way to get a new result is to take a new action.
